SHIPPING POLICY
Standard Shipping for all orders is $14.40. Express Shipping is Available.
Is shipping included?

We are delighted to be able to offer free shipping for orders over $100. For orders under $100,

we offer flat rate standard shipping for $10.00 Australia-wide.

 

Should you need to get your gift box delivered sooner, then we offer express shipping for $16.90.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Pop The box is Based in Moreton bay Brisbane Metro

Orders will be processed and dispatched each business day (Monday – Friday).

Orders placed on a Public Holiday or over a weekend will be processed and dispatched the following business day.

For standard delivery, allow 1 – 5 business days within metro areas.

For Express delivery, allow 1-2 business days

Although we do our very best to have your gifts delivered as soon as possible,

once the parcels are with the courier service and out of our hands,

we do not have full control over the delivery. If you do experience any problems with delivery time frames,

please contact our office so we can assist in finding a solution.

We use Courrier Please and Sendle, If you are in Moreton bay we will hand deliver your Pop The Box

RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, if you have any concerns about your order

please email us at popthebox@hotmail.com we are here to help.

Damages and issues

We inspect every item to ensure it is in perfect condition before it is dispatched.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at popthebox@hotmail.com immediately

if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Great care is taken when packing your order to ensure your items are in perfect condition when leaving Unboxed Co.

If you have any issues with your order, please email us within 48 hours of you receiving your gift, with your order details

and photos of the damaged goods. No one likes damaged goods, so we will do our best to replace any damaged items

and resolve any concerns you may have. Every order comes with a tracking number, we will not be accountable for lost

 items if the package has been delivered.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food and flowers),

custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

In the unlikely event you supply the wrong address to us, we will do our best to contact Australia Post

and redirect the package, however, this may cause additional fees if it cannot be found. 

Refund Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. To be eligible for a return,

all items must be in the same condition that you received them, in original/unused condition,

and their original packaging. You'll also need proof of purchase. 
To start a return, you can contact us at  popthebox@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions

on how and where to send your package. Returns are at the expense of the customer.

Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time

for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Please note, a refund does not include any shipping or handling costs.

The original postage fee will be deducted from your refund.

For exchanges or refunds, postage is at the expense of the customer.
